Frequently asked questions
Once we've reviewed your requirements and believe we can find the right home for you, we take an initial £500 to begin the search. Our full fee is 5% of the annual rent, payable on completion — and the £500 you've already paid is deducted from that final amount, so there are no hidden extras.
Yes — most of our overseas clients arrange everything remotely. We arrange virtual viewings, support the process, guide you through referencing and administration, and set up utilities so your home is ready the day you arrive.
